A “Low budget British comedy horror” – words that more often than not, strike fear into the hearts most decent people.
But fear not because Severance, like Shaun of the Dead, is the exception rather than the rule.
The story follows a group of office workers on a team building trip round eastern Europe. As per the norm for horrors, not all goes well and the group find themselves on the wrong end of some deranged war criminals.
There’s a lot of fun to be had in this film and comparisons with the aforementioned Shaun are not unfounded.
